Tasks / Skills developed: I worked as a Customer Technical support engineer. I supervised and monitored from installation, electrical wiring, commissioning to repairingof various UPS (ranging from 1kva to 500kva) up to component level. In addition I also installed and maintained related UPS softwares for different computer environments. Besides this I remained standby for emergency complaints from customers within Karachi city, Sindh and Punjab provinces of Pakistan.

These were installed in various national, multi-national firms in Karachi and all over the Pakistan. In addition I installed a computerized security system with hidden cameras connected with colour TV, accessible via modem dial up connection. I also used to repair colour TV sets specially Sony and LG brands.

Installed samples into bespoke containers and used spectroscopy techniques to measure luminescence of devices.

Tasks / Skills developed: Used developing skills in Engineering to support a production management team building the largest shopping centre in Turkey (Forum Istanbul). Tasks included on site work with construction teams, contribution to short notice aesthetic re-designs and office based market research to develop a opening strategy.
