Nano Battery Makes History

mPhase/AlwaysReady, Inc. announced that coming off of the heels of its successful demonstration, it has set a date of May 20th 2008 to demonstrate to the public a new higher powered lithium Smart NanoBattery that can be activated on command.

Remarkable progress has been made in optimizing battery chemistry and packaging of their Smart NanoBattery while they pursue commercial and military applications involving portable electronics. The Smart NanoBattery has a unique architecture built around a nanostructured membrane that separates the liquid electrolyte and solid electrodes until power is needed and avoids the problem of self-discharge encountered in a standard battery.
