|
|
Hello,
I've grown carbon rod-like structures with Ni catalyst by CVD method in a cheap and easy way. From SEM images these structures are mostly 50 -100 nm in diameter and 100 and more micron long. Were was no visible catalyst particle at the end.
I assume this is nanotube, but there are some who disagree. How can I prove or identify?
Can someone please help me or tell where can i find a comprehensive answer |

Hello,
I suggest if you want to prove that you prepare nanotube.
you can characterize it by Raman Spectroscopy.
