Cancellation / Substitution Policy

 

Attendee cancellation/substitution

Once you have received confirmation of your place on the training course you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation . All cancellations must be in writing and cancellation charges apply . No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.

Substitutions can be made at any time.

 

Cancellation date	Refund
More than 60 days prior to the course	50% refund will be given
Less than 60 days prior to the course	Course fees can be transferred to an alternative course, which can be used by the registrant or anyone else within his/her company.
Less than 30 days prior to the course	No refund will be given

The IoN does not take responsibility for cancelling registrant’s accommodation or travel.

The IoN reserves the right to alter the venue, if necessary.

Meeting Cancellation/postponement

IoN reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course up to 4 weeks before the event, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded. IoN will not be responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred due to a cancellation.

If circumstances arise an individual course agenda or speakers are subject to change without notice.
